We are looking to employ an Executive Assistant for the Head of BD (Business Development) to support the management duties of the business development and provide administrative support in a well-organised and timely manner. Any candidate must be a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a passion for working with young people and interest in online retail business. You will be expected to be able to work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks as well as with groups of young people. 

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • To provide general administrative support to the Head of BD of Pilsan & Tesup 

  • Work daily on Tesup web pages

  • Arrange meetings for the Head of BD

  • Continue and maintain clear and functional record-keeping systems and databases as required while maintaining the integrity of secure filing and archiving systems 

  • Answer and manage incoming calls and act as first point of contact for the companies

  • Undertake general administrative tasks and functions as required including: typing correspondence, photocopying, printing, creating files, incoming/outgoing post, making general telephone and email enquiries 

  • Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications 

  • Meet clients in a professional manner 

  • Be responsible for maintaining stocks of goods that are required

  • Ensure confidentiality at all times 

  • Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary 

  • Conduct research, collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documents 

  • Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings 

  • Co-ordinate project-based work 

  • Supervise, coach and train variety of staff and trainees/apprentices 

Education and Experience ​

  • Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite and Google applications

  • Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
